How do I change the account owner?

To change the ownership of your iSpring account, contact us at support@ispring.com from the email address currently listed as the account owner. In your message, please include the full name and email address of the new owner, and we’ll assist you promptly.

How do I sign in to my learner account to access my courses?

To sign in, use the login link and credentials sent by your training manager via email.

If you have any issues, contact your company's eLearning manager or HR department. They manage all training accounts and can help with access.

Please note: As the software provider, iSpring does not have access to individual company training accounts or login details.

How do I assign courses to users?

You can assign courses to individuals or groups directly in iSpring LMS. Set deadlines and configure automatic notifications for learners as part of the process.

How do I enable notifications in my account?

Email notifications are disabled by default for iSpring LMS trial accounts. To enable them, so learners receive invitation emails, contact our support team at support@ispring.com.

How do I enable automatic course enrollment for new users?

Use the Auto-Enrollment feature in iSpring LMS to automatically assign specific courses to new users as soon as their accounts are created. This gives them immediate access to required training.

How do I add a new field to user profiles?

You can add custom fields to collect specific information about learners. Here’s how:

  1. In iSpring LMS, open the Settings menu, and select User Profiles.
  2. Click Add Field.
  3. Name the field, choose its type (e.g., text, date, or dropdown), and save the changes;

The new field will then appear in all user profiles
